  Our people must also learn
to engage in good deeds
to meet pressing needs,
so that they will not be unfruitful.

“Time-Sensitive” Ministry News

Angel Tree Update!
You can still be a part of ministering to our Angel Tree families by volunteering to deliver gifts. Call Reta Melby (695-3715), Lu Montiel (455-8619) or Jennifer Robison (679-6959). All the San Antonio families have been taken care of! However, if you would like to help the churches along the coast and in the Valley provide gifts for all the Angel Tree kids in their areas. you can purchase a $25 gift card from Wal-Mart, bring it to us by December 7, & we will get it to the churches in those areas for distribution.

Benevolence Food Pantry
Already this month, we have given away 25 bags of food! Our cupboards are nearly bare. See today’s insert and pray about your part –we appreciate everything from a single box of milk to several days worth of meals. (Note: We have taken canned juice off the list. Call Rhonda Olson (679-5395).

Benevolence Fund
Since July, our Benevolence Fund has written checks totaling nearly $2,400, enabling Northwest to meet the basic needs of people in our church and in the community. We truly praise the Lord for the opportunity to meet these pressing needs. At this time the balance in the Benevolence Fund is critically low. Please consider giving to the Benevolence Fund at this time by writing a check to Northwest (put “Benevolence” on the Memo line).

Post it on your refrigerator or bulletin board to remind you of upcoming events in the next six weeks.
